In this session, during your stay in Lecce, you will be part of a full day course to learn how to make Orecchiette an Macaroni Pasta in the amazing home of Marcella. Marcella will welcome you in here historic place “Chiusura di Sant’Antonio”.

Immersed in nature, you will be guided to recognize and gather aromatic herbs, prepare herbal infusions and teas, discover honey and the hives that house the bees, as well as the countryside and Salento traditions. This will be followed by a lesson of orecchiette and macaroni and a convivial dinner all together!
